LOCATED IN A QUIET AREA NEAR THE CITY CENTRE SLEEPS 10 2 This spacious and welcoming detached villa is perfect for a family or a large group of friends couples or colleagues. Situated in a quiet residential area this home will cater for all your needs and provides a great base from which to enjoy both Glasgow and other parts of Scotland. The southwest of Glasgow is the perfect link to inner and outer city attractions. Popular outdoor music venue Bellahouston Park Ibrox Stadium and Glasgow Science Centre are located close by or take the Paisley Canal line from Dumbreck station into Glasgow Central only a five minute train journey. Central attractions include SSE Hydro and Kelvingrove Art Gallery as well as many shopping arcades and districts including St Enoch Centre and Buchanan Galleries. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: all with TVs 1 double 1 king-size 1 twin with orthopaedic adjustment beds and SkyTV 1 king-size with additional single and 1 zip-and-link (which can be made as twin on request). Shower rooms: both with WC 1 on the ground floor. Bathroom: with spa bath and WC. Lounge: with SkyTV Xbox iPod dock and DVD. Drawing room: with SkyTV and double sofa bed. Dining room. Kitchen: with gas and induction hob and electric oven dishwasher microwave coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with tumble dryer washing machine and mini-freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden with garden furniture large children s trampoline and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 4/5 cars. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Additional info: 500 security deposit payable on arrival to the owner. Location: shops pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
